About Us

Ameet Electro Systems (AES) is a manufacturer based at Satpur MIDC, Nashik, Maharashtra. We produce two categories of precision-engineered products — both built to specification, neither sold off a generic shelf.

What We Make

Custom Automotive Training Kits

We design and manufacture custom automotive training kits and demonstration boards for OEM dealer networks and automotive technical institutes. Every kit is built to the brief — component selection, fixture layout, power supply specification, and fault-simulation points are all matched to the vehicle model and training objective.

 

Our training kit range includes:

- Electrical/Electronic Component Learning Kits — three models from entry-level portable bench to dual-voltage advanced kit (90–270VAC wide range; export-ready globally)

- Pneumatics Learning Kit — covers pure pneumatics through to electro-pneumatic control circuits; three fixture boxes with directional control valves, cylinders, logic gate modules, and solenoid valve

High-Voltage Components

We manufacture high-voltage diode and rectifier components for transformer manufacturers, electrostatic precipitator (ESP) builders, HV test laboratories, and X-ray / medical equipment OEMs.

 

Our HV component range includes:

 

- HV Bridge Rectifiers — PCB-type and disc-type; 70 kV (1BR70P) and 95 kV (1BR95P) peak reverse voltage ratings; ETDC vibration-tested

- HV Diode Disc (ARE20A) — 22.5 kV VRRM, 1.4 A forward current in oil; designed for disc-stack bridge assemblies

- HV Diode Strips (RA / RAE series) — 100–200 kV; PCB-integrated; suited for single-polarity rectification in high-voltage power supplies

- HV Resistor Board Assembly — 78 MΩ; designed for electrostatic precipitator (ESP) applications

- Single Pair Protector / Overvoltage Protector — GDT-based; DC sparkover 240–360 V; line protection for communication and signal circuits

Catalogue products exist for standard requirements. Where a standard product does not match your vehicle model, circuit topology, or training objective, we design to your brief. Our 70 kV and 95 kV bridge rectifiers carry ETDC (Electronics Testing and Development Centre) vibration testing certification. Datasheets are available on request for all HV components.

What is the minimum order quantity for training kits?

There is no fixed minimum. We have supplied single prototype units for evaluation and series orders of 50+ units for network rollouts. Contact us with your volume and we will advise on lead time and cost structure.

 

Do AES training kits work on international power supplies?

The LK-A03-R1 and LK-A01-R1 learning kits have a 90–270VAC wide-range power supply and operate on any grid voltage worldwide — India, Australia (240V), South Africa (230V), Japan (100V), or Europe (230V) — without adaptation. The DB-A01-R4 entry bench is 230VAC only (requires a step-up adapter in North American 120V markets).

Can AES build a training kit for a specific vehicle model?

Yes — this is our core offering. Share the vehicle model documentation, the training objective, and your learner profile. We review the service manual, map components, and design a fixture accordingly.

 

What high-voltage ratings do your bridge rectifiers cover?

Our PCB-type and disc-type bridge rectifiers are rated at 70 kV (1BR70P, VRRM 210 kV) and 95 kV (1BR95P, VRRM 290 kV). We also manufacture diode discs (ARE20A, 22.5 kV VRRM) and diode strips (RA/RAE series, 100–200 kV). Datasheets are available on request.

What are the export shipping terms?

We ship FOB Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Navi Mumbai. Lead time is 2–4 weeks for HV components and 4–8 weeks for training kits from confirmed order. We provide commercial invoice, packing list, and Certificate of Origin (India). Import customs are the buyer's responsibility.
